“Suspended in Infinity” explores the fragile boundary between memory and transcendence, where the human presence dissolves into the vast, immeasurable cosmos. The silhouetted figure, caught in a moment of weightlessness, evokes both childhood innocence and existential solitude — a quiet suspension between what was and what is yet to become.
Emerging from a dense constellation of gestures and textures, the composition suggests not a physical space, but an inner landscape — one shaped by introspection, silence, and the search for meaning. The upward motion, subtle yet inevitable, becomes a metaphor for growth, detachment, and the continuous pull between gravity and liberation.
Created in 2019 in Bucharest, this work belongs to the artist’s early explorations, during a formative period of studying graphic art and design. It reflects an intuitive approach, where technique and emotion intersect freely, giving rise to a raw and honest visual language that would later define the artist’s evolving practice.
